The Impact:People & Culture Business Partner is responsible to drive initiatives that enhance engagement, retain talent, and empower leaders. A business partner is a trusted advisor for our leaders and the go-to-person for our employees on all people related matters.Responsibilities- Be a Strategic Partner to Leaders: Advise and challenge leaders on people topics, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness; Develop and execute action plans based on people insights and P&C metrics- Facilitate Key People Processes: Guide leaders through onboarding, performance management, feedback cycles, promotions, and exits; Ensure smooth implementation of core People & Culture initiatives- Coach & Develop Leaders: Act as a sparring partner to help leaders grow their people management skills; Provide structured coaching, feedback, and leadership development support- Enhance Employee Experience & Well-being: Be the go-to person for employees on all people related matters, ensuring concerns are addressed effectively; Mediate conflicts and foster a culture of open communication and psychological safety- Drive Organizational & Cultural Development: Support workforce planning, succession planning, and change management efforts; Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring leaders uphold company values and behaviors- Lead & Contribute to P&C Projects: Take ownership of P&C initiatives based on scope and seniority; Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve people processes and experiences.
