With extensive experience in IT leadership, consulting, and digital transformation, I specialise in driving technology strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency. As an IT Consultant and previously Head of IT as Psychiatry UK, I have led transformative initiatives to modernise IT infrastructure, implement cloud-based solutions, and optimise cybersecurity frameworks, all while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.My roles have encompassed overseeing the entire IT ecosystem, from managing day-to-day operations to advising senior leadership on long-term technology strategies. I have worked closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance data security, and integrate new technologies that support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a secure digital environment. Key achievements include leading the migration to a scalable cloud infrastructure, which improved performance, reliability, and security for remote healthcare services, and implementing robust data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive medical information. I have also drive continuous improvements in IT governance and compliance, ensuring systems align with industry standards such as GDPR, DCB1596 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
