I\'ve spent more than 20 years working in healthcare — the last 18 inside one of the country\'s largest and most complex health systems — and what I\'ve learned is that the hardest problems in healthcare aren\'t clinical, they\'re operational and human. I build things and I scale them. Workforce engagement initiatives, provider education programs, survey infrastructure, grant programs, performance and governance frameworks — I\'ve designed them from scratch, launched them, and made them stick across multiple institutions at once. I\'ve managed $25M+ operating budgets, led high-performing teams, and navigate stakeholder dynamics at the board and CMO level translating messy data into clear decisions. The throughline in all of it has been figuring out how to make healthcare organizations work better for the people inside them.That experience translates well beyond academic medicine.
