Engineers inspire me—they bring honesty, focus, and creativity to the table, and I aim to support them by listening deeply, working through obstacles, and celebrating their accomplishments. I work to bring a sense of calm, stability and structure, even when navigating high-stakes or demanding situations. I’m hands-on, asking questions and tackling challenges that arise.With a diverse background—from preschool teaching to aerial instruction and puppy training—I draw on a range of techniques. This eclectic experience gives me tools to connect with people, respect their individuality, and approach new situations with curiosity and playfulness. My greatest strength lies in my adaptability and resilience. I thrive on challenges and learning opportunities and value sustainability over quick wins.Beyond work, I am a lifelong learner, drawn to hobbies that keep me curious and growing—whether it’s oil painting, acro yoga, or playing musical instruments.
