Hi, I\'m Sara! I\'m a Diversity Recruitment Partner at Siemens. Growing up as a Korean minority in New Zealand and living as a foreigner in Japan, America, Spain, and now Germany, I\'ve come to understand that being different is not about being wrong; it\'s an opportunity to celebrate our unique perspectives and embrace individuality. I\'m passionate about fostering environments where everyone feels included and appreciated for who they are. With extensive experience in recruitment and the DEI space, I am fortunate to blend my personal commitment with my professional expertise to make a meaningful impact. Outside of work, you\'ll find me kickboxing, practicing yoga, or hiking—I\'m at my happiest when surrounded by nature and animals.
