She sold her first bottles at the Farmers\' Market and now the vanilla is sold at retail stores across the country, online, to top bakers and coffee shops, and as a bulk ingredient.

   We are the first vanilla company in the world to be Regenerative Organic Certified. We make vanilla for people who care about our soil, animal welfare, and farmers\' rights and doing the best we can to reduce the carbon in food manufacturing. We manufacture small-batch pure vanilla extract and vanilla bean paste at our facility in Lakeland, Minnesota. We started the Vanilla Bean Project not just to make vanilla extract but to make the world\'s best vanilla extract. Our vision is to make vanilla that benefits people who grow food, people who eat food, and the planet we all live on together. Our goal is to revalue the global supply chain and believe positive change can happen quickly.
