Oncology pharmacy leader with BCOP and CDTM certification. Nearly 30 years of pharmacy experience across various academic medical centers, including 20+ years of clinical experience in Hem/Onc/HSCT. 10+ years of experience in clinical drug development as the clinical trial protocol reviewer (PRMC/DSMC, IRB and BMT-CTN committee), clinical trial pharmacy coordinator, and as a researcher. Extremely well published (30 research/review manuscript publications in peer-reviewed medical/pharmacy journals) and maintain active engagement with HOPA society for over a decade. Mentored/precepted 60+ pharmacy trainees (both local and international) and served as a PGY2 oncology pharmacy program director for 10 years. Developed and implemented multiple clinical initiatives, policies/guidelines, and actively involved in evidenced-based formulary management of antineoplastics.Currently serving as the Chair (20••••26) of HOPA Patient Advocacy Panel and Vice Chair of Oncology Pharmacy Network (NY/NJ Chapter).
