Sara Weed is Co-Chair of the Global Fintech and Digital Assets Practice at Gibson Dunn. She previously served as Director and Counsel of the Non-Depository Entities Division of the North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks (NCCOB), where she specialized in non-bank financial regulation. Prior to joining NCCOB, she was Operations Advisory In-House Counsel within IBM’s Financial Services Group.
