Current - Associate Director of Project Controls at Genesis As the leader of the Project Controls team, I am involved in many aspects of Project Management on both our Construction and Design/Engineering teams. We strive to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. We focus on utilizing and executing data analytics, both on a project level for our Managers and Clients, but also internally to continue to improve Genesis as a whole. We create standard operating procedures, train and monitor our internal teams, and continue to introduce new software to help keep Genesis moving forward as a competitive company. My team also executes financial management, which includes forecasting, estimating, target value delivery, and cost management. We analyze market conditions, perform predictive cost strategies as well as practice lean construction procedures. Project Controls also has scheduling expertise where we integrate cost and project schedules, even on the most complex jobs. My team tracks and reports on key performance indicators to ensure we deliver a project on time, on budget and exceed Client expectations. I have a Masters and Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering, with a concentration in Biomechanics. I am a dedicated and knowledgeable biomedical engineer with expertise in mechanical and biomedical positions. I am a hard-working and forward thinking professional with experience in construction, pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, and research engineering fields.I have first hand experience with design and project management. I thrive in fast paced, problem solving environments. Punctual, great with people and working on teams. I am passionate and creative, always willing to learn and eager to grow into any position or field.Lastly, I am excited to be the chairperson for Female Leaders at Genesis (FL@G), our newest ERG group!
