I am responsible for Savers benefit philosophy; aligning with the company\'s key business goals of improving employee health outcomes and engagement while managing healthcare spend. Current duties include: • Leading team of benefit professionals responsible for administration of H&W, LOA, FMLA and retirement • Manage supplier/partners by monitoring performance against established service-level agreements • Responsible for negotiating supplier/partner contracts with a focus on reducing risk exposure while implementing novel outcome-based payment strategies. • Promote investment in innovative digital health solutions to supplement traditional care by proactively matching and driving engagement in programs designed to help members manage their healthcare needs and optimize their decision making. • In partnership with Finance, implemented financial management strategies to help forecast, track and monitor benefit expenditures and to streamline partner payments saving time, improving cash management and invoice accuracy. • Facilitated ‘listening tour’ of local stores and incorporated feedback into long-term communication strategies designed to increase benefit program awareness and satisfaction through use of mobile-first tools and highly-trained Member Advocate support.
