Partner with Account Managers for hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.• Source candidates through a variety of internal and external resources including, Linkedin, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Aerotek’s proprietary system.• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS); track and update candidate status in ATS; manage email follow up process.• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure the selection of highly qualified individuals.• Schedule interviews with hiring team• Coordinate background screening and drug screening for candidates• Provide service touch points and feedback to contract employees while on assignment:• Assess and investigate contractor related problems, provided coaching and disciplinary measures whennecessary.• Generate referrals from current and former contractors• Maintain candidate relationships post-hire to ensure long-term successful job placement.
