At Health Union, we manage robust, condition-specific online communities that help people connect and learn more about their often challenging health conditions. The online platforms offer original content developed by patients, patient advocates, caregivers, and health care professionals. Patient in our communities can connect with and learn from other patients in the community, as well as from medical experts. My background is in public health and patient-centered healthcare. Prior to joining the Health Union team, I was an Associate in the Center for Patient Partnership in Healthcare at the American College of Physicians. In this role, I led the development of educational programs for patients, providing easy-to-understand and actionable information.
