The role of the Business Development Manager will be to develop our large employer portfolio and maximise opportunities within each brand. Working closely with key stakeholders within our organisation and the large employers I will be responsible for developing the partnership, maintaining strong relationships with decision makers nationally and seeking further business opportunities.\\\\n\\\\nEmployer Relationships\\\\n Manage large employer partners for the company and build relationships with key personnel.\\\\n Network within our partners in order to secure all business opportunities.\\\\n Monitor new Apprentice leads and ensure these are followed up efficiently.\\\\n Hold regular meetings with internal stakeholders about our partners\\\\n Investigate and resolve queries and issues raised by our partners.\\\\n Take a proactive approach to relationship management.\\\\n Utilise the Marketing team to maximise added value when supporting Apprenticeship Programmes with partners\\\\n Attend networking events and tradeshows as required\\\\n Arrange meetings with all relevant decision makers within the partner.\\\\n Hold business reviews to assess further opportunities\\\\n Outstanding organisational skills, Honesty, integrity, professionalism and confidentiality\\\\n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\\\\n The ability to work under pressure, be flexible and resilient\\\\n Excellent networking and relationship building skills\\\\n Passionate, enthusiastic and with the ambition and commitment to deliver\\\\n Tactful and able to deal with difficult situations sensitively\\\\n The ability to maintain a focus on delivery expectations\\\\n Exemplary written communication skills\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
