With experience in data analytics, project management, and collaborative problem-solving, an academic background in psychology, and a passion for food and urban farming, I am excited to connect over all things data, good eats, and sustainability.I have 5 years of experience in data analytics, where I have honed my skills in data collection, data modeling, metric definition, analysis, and visualization. My journey in the world of data began as an intern at a local non-profit, where I spearheaded operational visualization efforts.What sets my career apart is my unwavering commitment to using data as a force for social good. I firmly believe that data has the power to drive positive change, and I have dedicated my career to applying data-driven insights to address real-world challenges. Whether it’s helping nonprofits optimize their operations, creating indices to measure the social determinants of health for government public health departments, or owning the ETL for social impact organizations, I am passionate about leveraging data to create a more equitable and sustainable world. My technical toolkit includes proficiency in a range of data analysis tools and programming languages, such as PowerBI, Mode, Looker, Tableau, Sisense, SQL, dbt, and R.I like to get my hands dirty and make sense of the world around me. Applying Big data principles to systemic problems, synthesizing results, and watching large datasets transform into clear insights allows me to share data-driven solutions and make a better world for us all.
