I combine a physician\'s clinical experience and understanding of the patient with a business leader\'s zeal for problem solving and strategy. I\'ve led product and CX teams in delivering best-in-class customer experiences for healthcare brands from startups with no more than a whisper of a concept, through to multi-billion dollar corporations in need of up-leveling.Building and nurturing high-performing teams, wearing many hats in startup environments, and zooming back and forth from high-level strategy to the nitty-gritty operational and executional details are my superpowers. I hold a clinical doctorate degree from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine and spent several years working directly with patients as a health care provider in integrative and conventional settings.
