Serving as the lead Business Analyst and Product owner for a new customer facing application that integrates with multiple systems. • Define, document, and manage business requirements and translate into acceptance criteria. Research and recommend solutions to the business owners based on new intake requests or areas of improvement. • Coordinate and lead solutioning sessions, intake analysis, product backlog priority, and bug triage. • Maintain intake and product backlogs, lead grooming sessions to point user stories, bugs, and provide guidance on priority based on business need. • Built and maintain a trusting relationship with business owners, project team, sponsors, leadership, and other stakeholders. • Provide release demos and communications on release cadence. Provide training and documentation on new features. • Collaborate with leadership on multiple teams to coordinate efforts that impact integrations, releases, and ensure we continue to align to a standard process. Spearheaded the process and help maintain process for cross-team collaboration. • Proactively sought ways to improve a new team and establish standard processes to improve organization, expectations, and production. Provide guidance and mentorship to new members.
