As an Associate Director of Finance and Administration at Almond Board of California, I have over 20 years of experience in leading and implementing strategic and efficient changes in the organization\'s financial systems and processes. My mission is to provide more meaningful data and insights to the rest of the organization and stakeholders, while enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of my team.Some of my recent accomplishments include a successful ERP implementation, cash flow analysis, system integrations, and process improvements. I have also leveraged my skills as an Enrolled Agent and a former owner of a tax service business to negotiate contracts and manage compliance. I am passionate about learning and growing as a finance professional, and I have obtained two LinkedIn certifications in communication and culture in the new remote work environment.
