My name is Sara Fox, and I am 21 years old, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I am a 3rd year student primarily studying Interior Design. I am passionate about interior design, with a strong focus on residential spaces. I enjoy enhancing/creating environments that balance aesthetics, functionality, and comfort while tailoring each design to serve its unique purpose. I am dedicated to continuous learning and inspired by the impact design can have on everyday living.

1. Director of Events

   Alpha Phi International Fraternity

   Nov 2025 — Present · Tempe, AZ, US

   As Director of Events, I oversee the planning and execution of social events, formals, and special programs for the chapter. In this role, I collaborate closely with a variety of vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure each event is thoughtfully designed and executed to create a cohesive and engaging experience. I am responsible for managing event logistics, timelines, contracts, and overall coordination to ensure events run smoothly and align with organizational standards and goals.Additionally, I play an active role in supporting Alpha Phi’s philanthropic initiatives by assisting in the planning and execution of Philanthropy Week. A key focus of this week is the Red Dress Gala, a large-scale fundraising event for the entire chapter. In planning the Red Dress Gala, I take primary responsibility for event aesthetics and design, décor selection, fundraising strategy, venue sourcing, and coordination with vendors and partners. Through this role, I work to create an impactful and elegant event that both reflects the values of Alpha Phi and maximizes fundraising outcomes for our philanthropy.
