ABOUT SARA FISHER
I am currently training as a counsellor, completing a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, having completed my Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills in 2025. I am particularly interested in roles that focus on wellbeing, emotional support and mentoring within education, health and community settings.Alongside my training, I bring over 20 years’ experience working with people and teams working in television production companies as well branded content. My background includes leadership, collaboration, governance and mentoring, and has given me a strong understanding of boundaries, accountability and ethical practice.Through my counselling training, I am developing skills in active listening, reflective communication and working relationally and non-judgementally with individuals exploring emotional and relational difficulties. I am especially interested in early intervention, student wellbeing and support roles that allow me to work one-to-one while being part of a wider support network.I value calm, consistent and reflective ways of working, and I am committed to ongoing learning, supervision and self-reflection as I continue to develop in this field.
