ABOUT SARA CROWE

I am a dedicated Competence and Training professional with years of experience, specialising in training coordination, competence management, contract support, and operational supervision. My career has been built on ensuring teams are skilled, compliant, and ready to deliver in high-risk environments, particularly in the energy and maritime sectors.Currently, I serve as TMS Coordinator at CB & I, where I manage training management systems to support ongoing competence development. Previously at Petrofac, I spent four years progressing through key roles in Competence and Training. In these positions, competence and training compliance, supported contract requirements, and helped maintain high safety and operational standards across a variation of projects.My background also includes operational leadership roles with The ESP Group, where I advanced from Information Advisor to Team Leader and latterly Operations Supervisor, honing my ability to lead teams, optimise processes, and deliver excellent service.I am passionate about bridging the gap between competence and training and real-world performance. My hands-on experience in both competence management and operational supervision gives me a strong foundation in developing people, maintaining compliance, and driving efficiency in safety-critical industries.
