Characterization, detection and profiling of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and extracellular vesicles (EVs) using microfluidic devices, molecular assays and microscopy techniques- Development and optimization of ultrasensitive assays for the detection and profiling of EVs and CTCs- Development of immunoassays (microfluidic, immunofluorescent) for the detection and profiling of EVs, CTCs and their surface proteins- Perform variety of assays for protein and nucleic acid analyses (BCA, Western Blot, ELISA, ddPCR)- Extensive use of a variety of microscopy platforms (fluorescent, confocal, Vectra, nanoparticle tracking analysis)- Extensive experience processing and analyzing patient samples (blood, plasma and CSF)- Development of singleplex and multiplex assays- Immunostaining and multispectral imaging of tissue sections from cancer patients- Cell culture of adherent and suspension cells- Data analysis and image analysis (GraphPadPrism, HALO, Zeiss ZEN, InForm)
