COIMA Image is the design studio of COIMA Group, a leading company in the investment, development, and management of real estate assets on behalf of both international and Italian institutional investors.In my role, I was responsible for the redevelopment of an sqm office buildings, overseeing the full design process and obtaining all necessary planning permits. I also led the artistic direction during the construction phase, ensuring design consistency and quality on site.As COIMA Image is primarily focused on interior design, this experience allowed me to significantly strengthen both my technical skills and my ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including external consultants and contractors.From a workplace design perspective, I was directly involved in workspace planning and fit-out design, supporting the layout development for future tenants and ensuring alignment with project goals and corporate standards.
