ABOUT SARA CANALI

Master’s student in Marketing – Customer Engagement and Relationship Management at LUISS Guido Carli, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Sapienza University. My thesis focused on the trade-off between equity and efficiency in Scandinavian and American tax models – a topic that reflects my interest in the balance between social value and economic performance.I am particularly interested in customer experience, CRM, and trade marketing, but remain open to diverse opportunities that put the customer at the center and promote innovation and continuous improvement.Adaptability, a results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving skills are among my key strengths. I developed these through both academic and professional experiences: at Tecnè, I contributed to the transmission of real-time data for electoral projections, handling tasks that required accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility; as a poll worker for the Municipality of Rome, I strengthened my operational efficiency and time management; through babysitting, tutoring, and volunteering, I refined my communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.My volunteering experiences have also helped me grow personally and professionally. With Susan G. Komen Italia, I supported donation data entry and took part in the Race for the Cure, distributing food, entertaining children, and handing out event materials. I also volunteered at a parish summer camp, engaging with children through play and group activities, which enhanced my empathy and adaptability.Driven by curiosity and a hands-on attitude, I am looking for a dynamic and collaborative environment where I can grow, challenge myself, and contribute meaningfully to high-impact projects.
