ABOUT SARA CAMPANI
I am a senior commercial manager with 19 years’ experience in the energy sector. My expertise lies in commercial management of large energy projects (>1bln $), working at EPC level to drive individual Product Lines to manage their contracts and scope successfully. I have worked with a number of different contract types (LOGIC, NTK, FIDIC etc.) in different geographical areas and specialised in bespoke contracts delivering design and build oil and gas subsea systems for energy clients. I work closely with the teams to make sure that they are meeting the contractual obligations at all times, guiding them and helping them to succeed. I have a detailed understanding of contract management, having prepared and reviewed contracts as part of sales and delivery team roles, and an extensive experience in negotiating complex contracts globally.
