Provided biomass analysis for various air program rules. • Agency co-lead on the Interagency Carbon Dioxide Removal Task Force. • Spearheaded EPA’s interagency technical engagement supporting U.S. Treasury’s rule development for Inflation Reduction Act’s Clean Hydrogen Production tax credit (45V) and co-led engagement on the Clean Electricity Production tax credit (45Y), including lifecycle GHG accounting on hydrogen, biogas/RNG, biomass.
