I am a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with a Bachelor of Science in Biology for Health Science and Psychology from the University of Toronto Mississauga. With experience in healthcare, customer service, and administration, I thrive in fast-paced environments that require organization, problem-solving, and strong communication. Currently working as a medical receptionist, I assist doctors with administrative tasks and psychological assessments while ensuring a seamless patient experience. My background also includes customer service roles in retail and finance, where I developed skills in client relations, transaction management, and multitasking. Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about giving back to my community. As a summer camp coordinator and communion class teacher, I strive to create meaningful experiences for youth while helping them build strong spiritual foundations. Guiding and mentoring them through faith and personal growth has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey.
