ABOUT SARA ANNIBALI
I\' m a Psychologist (licensed in Lombardy, no. 29009) with a focus on psychological support, prevention, and the promotion of well-being. I help individuals navigate anxiety, stress, and vulnerable life transitions through an integrated, person-centred approach. I hold a Psychology degree with honours from the University of Padua and a Master’s in Expressive Arts Therapy with a specialisation in Dance Movement Therapy from the Catholic University of Milan. I’m currently completing my clinical training at the School of Integrated Psychotherapy (SPI) in Milan. I have a special interest in eating and nutrition disorders, as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder. My practice is grounded in empathy, active listening, collaboration, and ethical care, values I believe are essential to meaningful therapeutic work.
