About Sara Anfuso

As an only child with working parents, it took creativity to fill my free time apart from my Thursday piano lessons. One of my favorite pastimes was to grab a snack after school and play The Sims 2 for hours on end building extravagant homes and communities. Little did I know my love for this game would direct my education and career. After four thrilling years, I graduated from the University of San Diego with a double major in (you guessed it!) Architecture and Music Composition. My education taught me the importance of problem solving, effective communication, and being a team player. A few years out of school, I realize these skills are not just unique to the workplace. Since graduation, I have been working on multi-family, single-family, and affordable projects while also leading and supporting talent acquisition efforts within the AEC industry. I take pride in the work I do and it brings a smile to my face to know eight-year-old Sara would be proud, too.
