Within RTI\'s GenOmics, Bioinformatics, and Translational Research Center, I work as a qualitative researcher, project manager, and task lead. Past and current responsibilities include: Serving as project manager and lead qualitative researcher for a mixed methods study examining views of parents of children with IDD on the research use of their child\'s medical records; Contributing to maintenance of the Our Fragile X World research registry and developing lay-friendly research summaries and blog posts for the OFXW website; Conducting interviews with parents of children with a rare genetic condition; Managing outreach and recruitment activities for a newborn screening pilot study.
