ABOUT SAQIB BASHIR

I am an experienced and accomplished Agile project manager and scrum master with over seventeen years of IT experience and over twelve years of project management experience. Over the years, I have worked on almost all aspects of software development including requirement gathering, analysis, development, manual testing, automated testing, product deployment, team leading, line management, Scrum management and project management. I, therefore, have experience and understanding of all steps involved in SDLC. I am a team player with strong interpersonal skills. I have worked and managed local as well as geographically distributed teams. I am very adaptable and am able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. I have extensive experience of working with internal teams as well as external suppliers to deliver projects. I am keen advocate of agile values and have either championed use of Agile from scratch or have contributed to improving the existing agile practices in organisations in order to get the teams closer to agile and realise the true benefits.
