Managing & establishing contacts with Imams and/or Board members of Islamic centers/school principalsand introduce those HH projects.• Contacting all ethnic community leaders including Pak/Indian/Bangladesh/Arab, Sri Lankan, and Indonesian,Turkish etc who are already working or are interested in overseas relief projects.• Planning and organizing at least one major fundraising every month.• Distributing and placing HH flyers in Islamic centers and designing and printing new flyers for up-comingevents.• Make reservations for HH booths at conventions, fairs, community events, Ramadan/Eid programs.• Keep in touch with print/electronic media for press releases, adds, event reports articles on HH projects orpress conferences.• Awareness of disaster relief activities and on-going projects of HH for development and rehabilitation.• Engaging volunteers, especially youth who are more enthusiastic for community services like collection ofgoods, hospital equipment etc.• Scheduling and coordinating visits of guests coming for overseas projects. Taking care of their traveling andlogistics.• Continuously searching and contacting current, previous or other potential donors and briefing them theprojects of their special interest.• Reserving at least one spot during Ramadan in major Masajid for HH presentation, or Jummah Khutbah.• Preparing a list of fund raising speakers including Ramadan/Jummah prayer compiling and updating theirmailing address, Ph. Numbers, email, and fax numbers etc.• Placing donation boxes for food, clothes, shoes etc. • Collecting in-Kind donations and arranging containers shipments• Arranging fundraising trips for HHUSA’s overseas guests• Office management
