Reviewed program governance, implementation frameworks, project charters, project plans and test strategy. Actively participated in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.• Process Optimization: Identified and implemented strategic process improvements, documenting Policies & Procedures, and creating business process flow diagrams for both current and future state processes. Conducted gap analysis.• Stakeholder Management: Perform stakeholder analysis and identify key stakeholders in the project. Prepared and delivered system presentations. Ensured effective communication to facilitate project acceptance and success.• Documentation & Configuration: Managed system configuration of parameters and set up Static data in system. Developed acceptance criteria for system requirements. • Testing: Developed business readiness requirements, test plans, scenarios, and test cases. Created and maintained testing dashboards, resolved defects during SIT & UAT, and tracked defects in a log.• Migration: Led data migration from legacy systems to T24, preparing mapping documents and reviewing run books for smooth data transition.• Solution-Oriented Approach: Collaborated with developers to propose and implement practical solutions for complex technical and business requirements.
