I’m a corporate attorney at Goodwin, where I focus on mergers and acquisitions and venture and growth financings for companies, investors, and sponsors across the technology, healthcare, and financial services sectors. My practice centers on guiding clients through transformational transactions — from early-stage financings to multibillion-dollar cross-border acquisitions — with a focus on precision, strategic alignment, and executional excellence.I’ve advised on complex M&A, financing, and capital markets transactions involving companies such as X Corp.(formerly Twitter), BlackRock, Blackstone, NVIDIA, IonQ, and Pfizer, and have supported leading sponsors and growth investors through market-defining venture and secondary transactions. I also counsel public companies on SEC reporting, securities law compliance, and corporate governance, and advise issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings and other equity capital markets transactions.Before joining Goodwin, I practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, representing public companies, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions on high-profile M&A, financing, and restructuring matters across industries and jurisdictions. This background taught me how to execute transactions at scale — and how to bridge legal precision with business judgment under pressure.I earned my J.D. from Cornell Law School, where I was Senior Notes Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal and twice received the CALI Award for top performance in the Securities Law Clinic.
