ABOUT SAPTANSHU BHATTACHARYA

I have worked extensively on the various.Net frameworks. I have good hands on experience on WCF. I have been at the client location for 3 years (Sep 2009 to Oct 2012) and have extensive experience in interacting with client and leading a team. Currently I am leading a team of 7 people with daily interaction with customer. In the past I have handled a team of around 5-7 people. In the current project, in the initial phase (Jul 2015), I was sent to the customer location in Sydney, Australia to gather understanding of the complete portfolio. I have good working knowledge of Sabre and Galileo GDS (Global Distribution System) and worked on products with interact with these systems through API and web services. I have also worked on diverse set of asp.net web and MVC applications which are deployed on Azure and the database on SQL Azure. I have proficient knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies and currently working as a Technical Manager in Mindtree. I have worked for customers across Manufacturing and Travel domain and I have been constantly appreciated by the customers and my leaders for managing and leading the team in the most effective manner and delivering projects with excellent quality of deliverables. I have extensive knowledge in Travel domain, working with some big names in OTA and business travel world. I am proficient in customer handling and help them on a functional and technical level.
