As a Field Service Supervisor (Training and Safety) at Sonic, I oversee the training/development and safety programs for field technicians across multiple departments within the company I have 1.5 years of experience in this role, and I am certified in US Workplace Harassment and Discrimination by Syntrio. I am passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and compliance for our employees.In addition to my role at Sonic, I also run my own event services business as an owner/operator since January 2023. I have 15.5 years of experience as an event specialist and stagehand, working on various expo shows, sporting events, and concerts for clients such as Wells Fargo Center, AEG Live, and the Rose Bowl Game. I have extensive skills in logistics, consulting, production, management, and staff development. I am proficient in basic carpentry, graphic installation, and specialized machinery operation. I am also a great communicator, who can easily build rapport with almost anyone, and adapt to new situations quickly. I received my Bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at UC Berkeley, in May 2023. I have a keen interest in media production, analysis, and innovation, and I have completed courses in topics such as media theory, digital media, journalism, and public relations. I have a Certificate of Higher Education in Music Performance from the British & Irish Modern Music Institute. I am a 3rd degree judo black belt and I am CPR/AED certified. I am a strong leader, who leads by example, and holds high expectations and standards for myself and others. I am detail-oriented, computer literate, and have excellent people skills.
