My name is Sapphire. Yes, I am named after a material; a precious stone to be exact, which is fitting as I am a Materials Engineer by education and merit (and a Biomedical Engineer too 🫀🧬🦠🧪🧫). I have worked in two of the most impactful engineering industries, biomedical (innovative, revolutionary, and novel) and aerospace / defense (foundational, impactful, and timeless). Despite where I am engineering, I execute all tasks with the intent to always be ingenuic and ethical. My ability to draft viable solutions to complex problems quickly steams from approaching mechanical structure problems through innovative design from first principles, which is my favorite! I love revealing the fundamental building blocks to drive each step in all projects with intent. This not only creates clarity for all stakeholders, but ensures an efficient, optimized, cost-efficient, and streamlined process.I became an Engineer because I desire to help as many people as I can, as much as I can, for as long as I can.
