   As the Director of Mind Body Health, I have built a team of 25 psychologists and dietitians highly specialized and trained in providing evidence based treatments for a range of presenting concerns including insomnia, weight management, chronic pain, anxiety disorders, OCD, eating disorders, depression, stress management, couples counseling, identity related concerns, multicultural counseling, and nutrition counseling. Our providers are committed to combining science and compassionate care to help our clients live a meaningful life. We provide individual, group, couples and family based treatment. Our psychologists primarily draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We provide telehealth to clients in over 40+ states through PSYPACT. We also have physical locations in Bethesda, MD, Arlington, VA, and Washington, DC in the Eastern Market/Capitol Hill area.
