My career highlights include: •Financial Services: Created the first ever pitchbook to serve the newly developed business development group at Hamilton Lane Advisors, a private equity investment firm •Social Impact: Conducted on-the-ground review of regulatory and market-entry conditions for bringing Kiva Microfunds (a San Francisco based microfinance company) to India •Economic Development: Worked on initiatives designed to grow NYC as a global fashion capital, including project planning and management of external partners at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (under Mayor Michael Bloomberg) •Local Government: Marketed the City of Philadelphia under the Nutter Administration to international investors and partners and launched Philadelphia as the first UNESCO World Heritage City in the United States •Hospitality: Worked closely with functional leaders at Hersha Hotels and Resorts to design and execute plans that supported a hospitality REIT’s above-property financial and qualitative goals aimed at increasing the company’s brand awareness, driving revenue and EBITDA, and maintaining the portfolio\'s differentiated strategy
