When I first joined, it was a new challenge for me, coming from a background as Vice Principal and educator. My transition to a leadership role in school operations came from an unexpected but exciting turn—I was initially brought in as a consultant for my experience in developing an ERP system at my previous institution. Soon, I found myself stepping into a full-time position.This role has given me the chance to expand my expertise beyond education, diving deep into the realms of marketing, HR, finance, and more. What I\'ve enjoyed most is the sharp learning curve that has kept me engaged and growing in new ways.With over two decades of experience in education, I am passionate about helping organizations and individuals navigate the complexities of setting up successful schools, particularly with an international outlook.
