As a Program Associate at Youth Dreamers Foundation (YDF), I work to bridge educational gaps, empower students, and expand access to scholarships and career opportunities in Gujarat’s government and private schools and colleges. I have conducted need assessments to identify gaps in scholarships, digital literacy, library usage, and career counseling. By promoting STEM education and holistic student development, I have fostered an inclusive learning environment. A key achievement was implementing the Digital Learning Center at Danta, Sikar (Siddhi Scholarship), providing students with digital resources and career guidance. My role also involves stakeholder management, collaborating with government bodies, private institutions, and communities to enhance educational opportunities. Additionally, I have led career counseling sessions for grades 9-12, addressing financial and educational barriers and increasing student enrollment in higher education. After the Danta-Sikar project’s success, I transitioned to Deesa to expand YDF’s initiatives, facilitate ground-level program execution, and strengthen government and institutional partnerships. Through mentorship, scholarship awareness, and financial aid guidance, I aim to break financial barriers and create a stress-free, opportunity-driven learning environment for students.
