ABOUT SAPHRON SKINNER-WILLSON
Saphron brings over ten years of construction management and building envelope design and review experience. She gained construction knowledge through iconic Calgary building projects, and technical depth from design engineering consulting. Saphron has a unique understanding of building envelope complexities in new construction projects. Her expertise spans the full envelope range: cladding, glazing, roofing, and waterproofing. She provides conscientious design insights from diverse project experiences, including estimating, tendering, construction, assessments, testing, commissioning, reviews, and restoration projects. Saphron has a solid foundation to lead building envelope projects of any size and complexity. In addition, Saphron has been a leader in Western Canada for the emerging sector of Building Envelope Commissioning, aiding clients in the verification of the design and construction of building envelopes. Through this focus, she has completed presentations for national and international audiences, is President Elect for the Western Canadian Chapter of the Building Commissioning Association, and was honoured to be named a recipient of the 2021 BCxA 20 Under 40 award.
