ABOUT SANYUJAA KALE

I’m done working with Plasti Surge Pvt. Ltd. in Amravati as part of the HR team, where I manage recruitment through platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, handle employee engagement, onboarding, and also work with ERP software such as Facto and HRIS.Previously, I interned at Rainbow Institute of Medical Sciences, where I was involved in salary processing, maintaining employee records, and assisting in various HR functions including recruitment and exit procedures.Academically, I hold a Master\'s in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Sinhgad Management Institutes in Pune, and a Bachelor\'s in Computer Applications. I also have certifications in Human Resource Management, Public Speaking, and more, which have helped me build strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.I am passionate about building meaningful workplace relationships, continuously learning, and making a tangible impact in the field of talent management.
