As a Customer Service Representative at Intact, I provide value as a service with professional support to help drive customer success. I handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and chat, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. I also collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.I completed a post graduation diploma in Business Administration and Management at York University, where I learnt the fundamentals of business operations, finance, marketing, and strategy. I have a bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where I was awarded with academic prizes for performing well in semester exams. I have also completed a certification in Management Information System from Delhi Institute of Computer Sciences.I have 2+ years of experience in customer service, including cashiering at No Frills Supermarket, where I provided friendly customer service, processed cash and credit transactions accurately, and helped train new cashiers. I also have experience in content writing, where I wrote engaging and informative articles for The_Unblog, a popular online platform.I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, learning new skills, and contributing to the success of the organization. I have strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
