I’m a BBA graduate building a career in Project Management, with hands-on experience coordinating teams, planning small projects, and managing operations through my leadership roles in AIESEC. Working on conferences, recruitment cycles, and multi-department projects gave me early exposure to how projects actually move — from defining the goal, structuring the plan, coordinating people, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.I naturally enjoy bringing structure into work, breaking down tasks, aligning people, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Whether it was managing multiple teams, monitoring timelines, leading operations, or solving day-to-day project issues, I learned how to keep work organized, communicate clearly, and maintain momentum across different functions.My interests lie in project planning, coordination, PMO activities, execution support, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.
