Key Responsibilities:• Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive measures to minimise their impact on project timelines and deliverables.• Monitor project budget, expenses, and resource utilization, making adjustments as necessary to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.• Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities, assessing their impact on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and obtaining necessary approvals.• Ensuring that the appropriate agile framework is understood and implemented effectively.• Ensuring an effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.• To provide visibility into the team\'s velocity, sprint burndown, and other relevant metrics to thestakeholders• Facilitation of Scrum events• To ensure a productive and collaborative work environment.• To provide guidance and coaching to the team members on agile principles, values, and practices.• Close collaboration with the Product Owner to ensure effective product backlog management.
