   Handling support project as an Associate Consultant FI Lead in TCS for Siemens energy AMS Support project my main activities are as follows: As a Lead Consultant checking the incidents recorded in on day-to-day basis and assigning the incidents based on the urgency and complexity. Working on primacy issues proactively and solving the same on every day basis Observing the precarious Batch jobs and interfaces to dodge production interruptions. Conducting DSTUMP frequently with team members to converse on priorities and severities. Planning meeting with the business operators and concluding out issue within SLA to meet the Acknowledgement SLA and Resolution SLA. Assisting team members by cross skilling them as how to handle the client and important business stakeholders. Working on the complex interface issues related to FINAVIGATE (Bank interface), ORBIAN Payment interface (External bank statements) Also checking regularly on daily basis the AIF monitoring tool to check of there are any failure with respect to the inbound and outbound files. Preparing the FI team utilization report on weekly basis with respect to all the team members on the ongoing activities with in FI team. Schedule the debugging sessions with ABAP team with respect to some complex issues as what need to be fixed from the custom code perspective based on both the old and new business scenarios. Actively helping team for the month end activities be it period end closing issues, reporting issues, clearing issues or the recurring month end trading partner business activity updates for consolidation purpose. Helping business super users on the bank reconciliation issues might be the variant issues for daily Batch jobs by checking with FINAVIGATE team on the incoming and outgoing payment status.
