22 plus years experience in embedded device testing/ development in the wireless domain. Expert level knowledge of wireless protocols like Bluetooth, Infrared. Expert level understanding on audio device testing and audio test automation.I have successfully created and developed multiple teams from scratch to deliver world class test and tools products in various MNCs in Bangalore. I have gained indepth understanding of all the core tasks of creating a new team - all the way from hiring decisions, hiring process, integration of new engineers into team and leading them to deliver world class products in Bluetooth, GPS and connectivity related domains for mobile and automotive customers.My current role in Qualcomm is as the Leader of a highly skilled automation team that does automation of our highly sought after Voice and Music products on the CSR/ Snapdragon chipsets.My previous role in Qualcomm involved leading two separate teams: Test and Tools teams in the GPS domain. Work involves overseeing and managing end to end delivery of finished test outputs and full fledged tooling solutions in GPS world.Experience including working with world wide teams in US, UK, Germany primarily and to a lesser extent with teams in China/ Japan.
