With over 15 years of experience, I lead transformation programs delivering realized and sustainable value to clients across Oil and Gas, Life Sciences, and Retail. I enjoy problem-solving, bringing together smart individuals and forging teams, and leveraging the latest technologies the best minds of today have created in helping clients overcome challenges – visible and invisible. Over the past decade, I have grown across designations and have played a part in GEP’s growth across all three profit centers – delivering value first as a strategic sourcing manager identifying savings and helping my team meet targets, second as the India operations lead for GEP’s fledgling outsourcing team which I ramped up from 4 to over 75, and finally as a leader of the fledgling Technology BU taking on strategic engagements to co-innovate with clients across multiple industries and play a part in maturing GEP Smart as the best product on many analyst ratings across the Source to Pay categories.And in the process, have mentored many new leaders and friends across GEP and client organizations working with teams and functions in the US and India.
