I am a Lead AI Engineer with 24+ years of cross-functional experience spanning industry, research, and academia. My work sits at the intersection of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and applied Machine Learning, with a strong focus on building production-grade intelligent systems that create measurable business value.Currently, I lead AI initiatives at Wolters Kluwer, where I design and deploy advanced AI solutions in the healthcare domain. My expertise includes Agentic AI, LLM systems, retrieval-augmented architectures, multi-agent workflows, and scalable ML engineering.Earlier in my career, I worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft (Seattle) and as a DSP Engineer at Patni Computer Systems, building a strong foundation in software engineering and signal processing.I hold a PhD from University of Mumbai and completed my M.S. at University of Arizona, where I also contributed as a researcher.
