The dream of a safe and sustainable future for humanity is what motivates me every day.I am Santosh Yadav, a multi-disciplinary team collaborator and energized research engineer with excellent problem-solving skills. I know how to strategically plan a project from initiation to completion, addressing the challenges faced by the industry. My research and analysis expertise help to synthesize complex results into actionable solutions and make a recommendation. I have a strong drive to succeed in order to achieve the project goal and am able to adapt my behaviors and priorities based on a changing environment.I have completed 5+ projects with a cross-functional collaboration of 20+ team members in renewable energy sectors and research related to sustainable traditional building. I enjoy working on projects that have a direct tangible impact on society.
